GRANTS
Ashley’s Ark can make grants of
up to £500 available for
specific projects that further the interaction of young people with
animals.
It could be a new facility for an organisation, which already has an established programme of enabling young people to work with animals. Or it could be sponsoring some animals at an animal care centre whose demonstrated objective is not just to rescue animals but to educate young people about their care. It could be a grant to a school to fund the keeping of a small pet or for a student award, related to animal care.
We are open to all suggestions, but you must have a clear plan of what you want to achieve – and how – and it must benefit both young people and animals.
